Insertion Agreement

Please read the following agreement and sign on the appropriate lines below.

1. The representatives (registrant) submitting the song(s) for the Maniacs Abrasive Cuts CD sampler has the rights to use the song(s). The artist is not bound to any record label or another contract (a third party) that may involve the release of said songs by that third party. The song owner grants SFW permission to publish and distribute the song(s) on the CD sampler. If a third party contract is involved and the first party (Band/Artist, etc.) is in fact the representative registering the song(s) for the CD sampler, proof of over ride is needed.

2. The representative(s) (registrant) submitting the song(s), retain(s) all copyrights to the song(s). All music remains the property of the copyright holder(s).

3. All song(s) being submitted, will ONLY be used on the Maniacs Abrasive Cuts CD sampler, one time use only and on a specified "sampler volume" (which CD sampler it will be on) to be determined by time and content factors.

4. This Insertion order/Agreement MUST be signed by the person submitting the band/artist for this compilation CD ("the registrant") and the band/artist representative/copyright holder of the song(s) that are being registered and by the credit card holder (if a credit card is being used to secure the spot on the CD sampler.

5. SFW will send an acknowledgment upon receipt of electronic registration (e-mail) and will "confirm" a secured spot on the next CD sampler once payment, ALL materials and signed paperwork is physically received.

6. All signers and representatives have read, understood and agree to the above stipulations and that the person(s) submitting the song(s), indemnify Screaming Ferret Wreckords LLC and Metal Maniacs magazine for any future legal actions caused by their song submission.
